Because it seems, that there should be a possibility to set individual moderate states to comments (heise), there should be a possibility in wordpress to activate seperatly the moderate function for each posting.

Because it seems, that there is no solution yet, I have tried to write such a plugin. You can download it here:Wordpress Plugin - Comment Justice Check.

Note: The plugin is in version 0.1: I have checked it with a current wordpress version. If you find any bug, please let me know.

Compatibility:
If your are using Spam Karma 2, the postings will be always published if you have to enter the captcha code. You can avoid this by changing the Spam Karma 2 setting:

1. In WP-Admin, go to “Options”
2. Select Spam Karma 2
3. Activate “Show Advanced Settings”
4. Change “Anubis”-Setting to: “Send Comments, Trackbacks and Pingbacks with karma over +2 to Paradise (approved and displayed with no moderation).”

This should help.
